Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and we'll sort it.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout works. An account just makes tracking, reordering and returns faster.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 2–4 business days, express is 1–2. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — US only for now. Join the newsletter to hear when that changes.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn with tags. Exchanges are free; refunds go back to your original payment method.
How do I start a return?
Use the link in your shipping email or email us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label.

How does The Apex Hoodie fit?
Relaxed women's fit with a dropped shoulder. Stay true to size for the oversized look, size down if you want it closer.
How should the Thicc Thighs Crop Top fit?
It's a fitted crop — we recommend sizing up for a better fit.
Do bags and hats come in sizes?
No — the Loadout Bag and Hats are one size. Hats have an adjustable strap.
